Knox WFC

Knox's women's football team has experienced something of a rollercoaster ride since being formed, and commencing in Division One of the Victorian Women's Football League, in 2014. Their debut season was promising as they managed to qualify for the finals and were ultimately placed fourth. A year later, still in Division One, they made it as far as the grand final, but opponents Eastern Devils proved too strong, winning by 4 goals, 9.3 (57) to 5.3 (33). The club was now thriving, both on and off the field of play, and in 2016 it managed to field two teams, a senior side in the state's elite competition, the Victorian Football League, while a reserves combination competed in the VWFL's South East Division. Unfortunately, the seniors found the going tough, and with just a single win for the year they found themselves consigned to last place. The 2017 season saw them lowering their sights a little and affiliating with the South Eastern Women's Football League. Competing in Division One, they restored some confidence with a solid season which saw them get as far as a first semi final loss to Waverley Blues, hopefully indicating that their rollercoaster existence had come to an end.

As of 2018 the Falcons began competing in the Eastern Region Women's Football League. Competing in Division One they enjoyed a solid debut season, winning 8 of their 15 matches to finish fifth, missing out on finals participation only on percentage.
